At Binsina Laser Clinic, we use a unique computerized imaging device, VISIA™ Digital Complexion Analysis System, which looks beneath the skin surface visualizing specific conditions as related to both vascular disorders and hyper-pigmentation. These include brown spots, pores, wrinkles, sun damage, spider veins, etc. This skin analysis allows us to focus the treatment on these conditions as well as monitor the effectiveness of the treatment programme.

The entire process is photo imagery and takes no more than 20 minutes per session. An initial image is taken under natural light, which shows the condition of your facial skin as seen ordinarily. This is followed by an image taken under ultraviolet light, which shows the subsurface condition of your skin highlighting irregularities such as pores, evenness, spots, hyper-pigmentation, spider veins, etc. A printed document with the images and our recommendations for treatment shall be shared with you. The VISIA™ Digital Complexion Analysis System’s computerized imagery and analysis enables us to plan a complete treatment course tailored exclusively for your skin type and tone.

Most patients come to us with various skin conditions of the facial area. Invariably, these conditions appear as localized discolorations and reflect skin tone variations or disturbances. The primary colorants are melanin and haemoglobin. High concentrations of the two are often markers for various skin diseases and are primary factors which disturb overall skin tone. By quantifying melanin and haemoglobin concentrations we can identify the primary source of high density deposition. As skin care professionals, we like to document these conditions through the VISIA™ Complexion Analysis System, have the ability to communicate to our patients the need for specific treatments, and the ability to monitor the effectiveness of these treatments over time.
