How should I use products bought online?
We advise all our clients to have a consultation with Dr Khan prior to purchasing any products. Most of the products sold in our shop have a general description but in doubt, we advise our clients to call us for further clarity.
How long until I start to see a difference?
This will vary upon the product purchased, your entire skincare regime, the length of time you use the products and internal factors such as hormones, genetics.

Are the products in your shop safe during pregnancy/breastfeeding?
We do not recommend purchasing any of the shop products if you are pregnant or breastfeeding before having spoken to Dr Khan.

Delivery & Returns
We use Royal Mail tracked and signed for service to deliver your package. We aim to deliver your products within 3-5 working days of your order being placed. Please note, we cannot be responsible for orders once they have been signed for (confirming delivery via our couriers) at the provided address.

When payment is debited from your account, you will receive an email acknowledging your product order. All credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks by the issuer of the card. We keep the legal ownership of your order until full payment has been received by us.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, we are happy to offer a refund, exchange or replacement on any product purchased from us within seven days of receipt- provided they are in their original, unopened, unused and undamaged condition as well as the receipt. Please email us in advance regarding your return. All refunds and exchanges are subject to inspection and the condition of the products will be determined before processing the refund/ exchange. Once a refund is approved, the amount (bank payment) may take up to thirty days to be completely processed. Postage and freight charges will not be refunded.
If you must return goods that may have arrived damaged, please notify us within three working days exclusive of the delivery day. Please email us on…. With your customer order number, the products which are being returned and why.

We advise that you return your items by recorded delivery as we cannot be held responsible for goods that do not reach us. Our postage or other return costs will be the customer’s responsibility and will be reimbursed by us only in the event of damaged, faulty or incorrectly supplied products.
Inspection of Your Order
As soon as we receive your product order, we will notify you by email. If in any instance the order contains an out of stock item, there is an error in the transaction, or we are unable to obtain payment authorisation, we may not accept your order. We will notify you by email or telephone in this instance. We reserve the right to reject any order placed by you at any time. Please check your products upon receipt including delivery handling. You may cancel your order with your cancellation rights. Your statutory rights are not affected.
You have the right to cancel your order within 7 working days from the date of receipt of the products. Our Customer Service Department will require an email or letter to include details of the products to be returned. These must be in original and unused condition.
